As a responsible company CCL Design Stuttgart has documented its social responsibility towards its employees and business partners in its Code of Conduct. It covers fundamentals such as full respect of human rights, strict rejection of child labour und fair treatment of business partners and employees.

Ethical and compliant business behavior that reflects our corporate values is right for our employees, right for our customers, right for our stakeholders, and right for our business.

In order to safeguard our organization's reputation and to protect us from financial and legal harm, CCL Industries Inc. has created a Global Business Ethics Guide that is binding for the entire CCL Organization. 
This also includes a Whistleblowing Web Reporting Site, enabling employees, business partners and the general public to report discrepancies worldwide.
